Philippine’s First Automated Elections: successful yet a huge disaster!

I know almost all of you have watched “Finding Nemo”. Do you remember the scene where they were almost eaten by a weird fish? Some may even ask if those fishes even exist. Well believe it or not, those kinds of fishes do exist. They are, however, cannot be seen when you go snorkeling or diving in the sea. These fishes live way deep under the sea.
